Bill has been a full-time, licensed REALTOR® since 1987. With more that 30 years experience, he has seen the ups and downs in the market and he has experienced the evolution of online marketing. He has managed thousands of transactions and has served as a real estate office manager at multiple offices, overseeing the transactions of as many as 67 agents. He has owned his own real estate company which included a property management division where Bill sold residential, agricultural and commercial real estate. Bill is proud to be among the select few listing brokers to complete the required education to take and then pass a State Appraisal Examination. Bill has served on many REALTOR® committees and boards, and is active in the state and local Association of REALTORS®. Bill was awarded the prestigious Sutter-Yuba Association of Realtors "REALTOR® of the Year" award. Bill is a licensed in California and Nevada and is honored to serve his past and future clients.
